GEOLOGISTS
PT. Indo Multi Niaga, together with Joint Venture partner Intrepid
Mines Ltd. of Australia, is exploring the exciting Tujuh Bukit
gold-silver-copper project in East Java. We require some Geologist to
join our team.
Reporting to a supervising geologist, the role will be a broad
technical role involved in all aspects of exploration but with a focus
on the logging of diamond drill core, the development of geological
models, and planning of future drilling. Training will be provided by
Indonesian and foreign specialists across all aspects of mineral
exploration. Supervision of the junior geologists and field crews will
be required.
The role will also involve management of core farm activities, data
compilation and integration, working with the technical team to plan
future work programs within the project area, and also some component
of grid based exploration (soil sampling, rock chip, sampling and
mapping).
Having experiences in copper-gold or gold systems, logging of diamond
drill core, and proficiency in Mapinfo (or GIS system) are desirable.
Good English language skills are required.
