Country Manager Exploration, Indonesia
(Jakarta Base)
Scope
Reporting directly to Vice President Exploration Asia Pacific, The
Country Manager Exploration is responsible for all Exploration
Business in Indonesia.
Key Responsibility
The Country Manager is responsible for both sales/account management
and aftermarket operations like performance contracts, service centre
management (include field service), parts marketing, training and
drilling consumables. The Manager will also responsible for the
business results of the Exploration segment (profit and loss) in
Indonesia area and is accountable for the success of the long-term
business development.
Your profile
The qualified candidate will possess relevant degree in
mining/geologist engineering with solid knowledge of commerce. He/she
should also have minimum of 5 years operational in mineral exploration
or mining field experience. Good computer literacy, interpersonal
skills, communication skills and proficiency in English and Bahasa
Indonesia, both written and spoken as well as good analytical,
planning and problem solving skills and the ability to handle customer
feedback promptly and professionally. The candidate must have ability
to travel domestic and overseas frequently.
