IT SUPERVISOR
 
The IT Supervisor¢s role is to plan, organize, and manage staff and overall operations to ensure the stable operation of the organization¢s IT infrastructure. Primary tasks for the role are:
1.     Manage all corporate Information Technology and Communications systems.
2.     Lead and manage IT staff and resources in accordance with IT Business Plan

4.     Manages the development, implementation, installation, and operation of Infrastructure for the organization.
5.     Support all remote field representatives in Indonesia.
6.     Ensure all daily operations, i.e. daily backup (backup, storage and retrieval functions), equipment maintenance, system maintenance, Server maintenance and MS Exchange maintenance are carried out according to industry standards in conjunction with company¢s IT standard.
7.     Negotiates and contracts with consultants, technical personnel, and vendors for services and products.
8.     Ensure corporate IT policies are enforced and adhered to in all sites.
9.     Maintain system documentation and procedures ensuring compliance with internal and external auditor standards.
10.    Develop budgets and plan for new equipment purchases and other IT projects.
11.    Recommends and develops plans for systems development and operations, hardware and software purchases, budget, and staffing.
12.    Able to translate the requirements of each department into a workable computer operation. Then able to instruct the information technology staff to carry out these procedures.
13.    Reviews reports of computer and peripheral equipment, malfunction, and maintenance to determine costs and impact, and address problems.
14.    Evaluate performance and provide coaching for IT personnel. Participate in career development and succession planning processes. Promote diversity and foster teamwork, collaboration, and a learning organization.
15.    Promote and supports the maintenance of a safe, accident free and healthy work environment.
 
Extended tasks for the role are:
·         To work with care and consideration for your own health and safety and the health and safety of others.

Anda bertanggung jawab menganalisa proses bisnis produksi dan distribusi logistik serta menguasai konsep ERP (produksi/distribusi).

Kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan :
  • Pendidikan S1 Teknik Industri / Informatika
  • Laki-laki, usia maksimal 30 tahun
  • Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai System Analyst
  • Menguasai Visual Basic & Crystal Report
  • Proaktif, antusias dan mampu bekerja sama dengan team dalam tekanan
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di Cikarang.

ANALYST PROGRAMMER (Manufacturing)
Anda bertanggung jawab men-supportdan mengimplementasikan aplikasi ERP (Maintenance/Asset Management)serta men-develop report & program.

Kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan :
  • Pendidikan S1 Teknik Industri / Informatika
  • Laki-laki, usia maksimal 30 tahun
  • Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai Analyst Programmer
  • Menguasai Visual Basic, SQL Server & Crystal Report
  • Menguasai bussiness process Asset Management/Logisctic
  • Lebih disukai yang pernah mengimplementasikan sistem ERP khususnya di maintenance system
  • Proaktif, antusias dan mampu bekerja sama dengan team dalam tekanan
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di Cikarang.

About The Company:
Our client is a international branded cosmetics and perfumes distributor, located at Central Jakarta. The position below will be dedicated to brand: Christian Dior & Givenchy, with below responsibilities and qualifications:
 
Responsibilities:
§         Coordinate with Brand Manager of making work plan.
§         Responsible of recruitment process and interview of Beauty Consultant.
§         Deliver training to Beauty Consultant about product knowledge and new product.
§         Making evaluation and reporting result of training process to Brand Manager.
§         Willing to work on holiday and out of town, especially on launching product events and/or promotion.
§         Arrange beauty workshop or gathering at hotel regularly.
 
Qualification of Successful Candidate:
§         Female, maximum age 35.
§         Preferable able to speak Mandarin and/or a Chinese descent
§         Bachelor Degree
§         Excellent skill in English, both oral and written
§         Have ability to deliver training, transfer knowledge, teaching, motivate and build the teamwork
§         Strong skill in interpersonal, communication and leadership
§         Flexible in working as a team and individual
§         Minimum 2 years working experience in the same field
§         Have much interest in cosmetics, perfumes and consumer goods industry
