min. 3 years.
C. TRADING RISK CONTROLLERS-(TRC) -Risk Assesment of the Trading Book.
-Implementation of Basel II-Enhancing Internal Model. -Limit Management
and Monitor Trading P/L by Dealer and by product. -Market risk or
related fields. -Min.2 years experience in banking or Financial
industry,preferably in Quantitative analysis/modeling with excel or
other financial/statitic application.
D. CREDIT RISK RATING DEVELOPERS (CRD) -Develop & enhance credit risk
rating model for SME,Corporate,Project Finance & Microfinance. -Nation
wide rollout of credit risk rating system. -Min 2 years experience in
banking of Financial industry,preferably in bank's credit rating unit
or in rating agency or risk advisory.
E. INDUSTRY RISK ANALYSTS (IRA) -Industry risk analysis focusing on
agribusiness & commodity,property and infrastructure. -Ensure all
industry risk information are distributed and understood by all of
business unit and branch. -Develop industry risk indices & early
warning signals. -Min. 2 years experience in banking or Financial
industry,preferably in Property, agribusiness,infrastructure and
commodity sectors.
F. CREDIT POLICY OFFICERS (CPO) (FOR CONSUMER AND COMMERCIAL BANKING)
-Development of Bank's consumer & commercial credit policy & manual
-Ensuring that the Bank's policy and procedures are well understood.
-Min. 2 years experience in banking or Financial industry,preferably in
Credit related department preferably with experience in project or
commodity.
G. OPERATIONAL RISK & PRODUCT CONTROL OFFICERS (ORO) -Enhance bank's
existing operational risk management methodologies. -Assisting in
implementation of Basel II framework. -Risk evaluation of banking
product & activities. -Min. 2 years experience in banking or Financial
industry, preferably in operational risk department, operations control
or product developmen.
H. RISK MANAGEMENT & COMPLIANCE REPRESENTATIVES (RCR) -Control &
monitor the implementation of risk management and compliance in
regional offices. -Min. 2 years experience in banking or Financial
industry,preferably in Banking operations,credit,and understand credit
regulation.
Qualification:
- Energetic and enthusiastic person.
- Max. 30 years old (TRC,CRD,IRA,CPO,ORO,RCR)
- Able to communicate and coordinate with other departments in Bank
e.q. business units,divisions and branches.
- Good English communication skill,verbal and written.
- Certified for Banking Risk & Regulation level 1-BSMR is preferable
for (ORO,CRD,IRA,CPO,TRC,RCR) positions,but for ORO is a must
- Minimum S-1 graduate from reputable university.
- Min.2 years experience in banking of financial industry,preferably in
Operational risk department,operations control or product
development(ORO), bank's credit rating unit or in rating agency or risk
advisory (CRD),Property,agribusiness,Infrastructure and commodity
sectors (IRA), Credit related department preferably with experience in
project or commodity (CPO),Market risk or related fields (IRC) Banking
operations,credit, and understand credit regulation (CRC)
- Quantitative analysis/modeling with excel or other
