Minimum qualification

Female minimum 24-34 years old

Minimum Diploma Degree from any major
Minimum 1 year working experience (preferable in the same field)
Good looking, pleasant personality, excellent performance, goal oriented, proactive, soft skills
Good communication skills in English both oral and written
Ability to operate computer
Ability to develop and maintain a good relationship with partners and client
Can work under pressure with minimum supervision

Business Unit Manager

Main responsibilities:

The Business Unit Manager is responsible to the Vice President – Sales. He/she leads a team composed of Sales Manager, Customer Support Manager, Marketing Support Manager. He ensures that the teams under his/her leadership performs to the level expected of them by the company.

Qualifications:

Male/female
Minimum S1 Degree in S1 Medical, Pharmacy and Biology (Master degree would be advantage)
Having experience in the same position minimum 3 years
Age 35-40 years old.
Well experienced in Pharma or Medical Devices, Diagnostics industries
Must be result-oriented with strong customer focus and drive for results
possess strong leadership, interpersonal skills, general management and be able to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.
Possess a flexible approach both from a work and decision-making perspective.
Must have excellent follow-up, coaching, counseling, consulting, oral/written communication, analytical, and problem solving skills.
Must be proficient in PC applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Power Point.
Knowledge of SAP Module is preferable.
Fluent in written and spoken English
