Offshore Installation
Manager
Job
Description:
- Lead crisis
management and emergency response team.
- Lead and support the
Offshore Complex supervisors in the daily operations of the fixed and subsea facilities
to ensure the facilities are operated and maintained according to company HSE
Standards and operational ¡best practices.¢
- Promote a positive
safety culture onboard.
- Overall supervision
of a multi-national, multi-cultural operations team to ensure that company
business targets are achieved.
- Participate in the
development of the Offshore Complex operating budget.
- Key team member on
the Offshore Field Complex commissioning and startup team to ensure the operational
readiness of the facilities.
- Assess risk of all
activities, initiate the necessary risk assessment processes, and ensure
mitigation measures are implemented.
- Provide functional
coordination for well intervention activities.
- Provide functional coordination
and operational involvement during simultaneous development drilling and
production in the field
- Provide effective
information and maintain required documentation and records.
- Ensure necessary
competency and training of all personnel.
- Responsible for
mentoring and development of national staff.
- Ensure that effective
communications are maintained with onshore field asset Managerial and support
personnel.
Requirement:
- 15+ years in offshore
facility operations experience with 5+ years of leading or supervising a team
of multi-skilled personnel; preferably in a senior position.
- Prior OIM experience
desirable
- Prior projects
experience desirable
- Subsea and marine
logistic experience desirable
- Minimum of 2+ years
of well intervention experience with slick line, production logging, coiled
tubing operations or well completions.
- Commercial experience
and awareness
- A strong leader and
team player; ability to work in cross functional organization
- Experience working
overseas in a multicultural environment desirable
- Good analytical and
problem solving skills
- Formal training in
Incident Command/Emergency Response desirable
- Excellent
oral/written communication and presentation skills
- University or higher
formal technical training desirable
