International SOS is aiming for big growth across Indonesia. We require an experienced Business Development Manager to grow our

Key Qualifications:
• Degree qualified in a Business/Marketing or Medical discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in selling solution or contract services for corporate clients
• High proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia language
• Superb personal presentation and numeracy skills
• Industrial knowledge of either the Financial, Mining, Construction, and Oil & Gas sector
• Proven ability in proactively managing a complex sales process and driving account management with little supervision
Product Management, Portfolio and Analytics
In this position, you will manage existing clients in Banking and Insurance industry. You will understand the needs and wants of our clients
and develop products and services to give their business a competitive advantage.
Key Qualifications:
• Degree qualified in a Business/Marketing or Medical discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing large accounts with complex decision making process and understanding new product development process in Banking and Insurance industry
• Existing network of senior contacts within Banking and Insurance industry.
• Strong personality and ability to build and maintain trust within our existing customer base
• A team player who can coordinates the expertise within International SOS to deliver a client solution
Head of Account Management
We require a new Head of Account Management to help us service our current customers and grow our business with them. You will lead
and supervise a sales team of over 20 people to manage and develop partnerships with existing customers.
Key Qualifications:
• Senior Account Management experience in Mining, Construction, Mining, Oil & Gas sector
• Proven ability in executing account management plan and leading large team to drive sales and account management objectives
• Naturally coach and be responsible in enhancing sales team performance by monitoring and training arrangement
• High level presentation skill and customer focused service approach
• High proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia language
• Some experience in overseeing the sales office operation, including customer database management, human resources management and office equipment utilization.
Human Resources Manager
In this position, you will be responsible to manage daily activities such as : employee relation, staffing, performance management review
and update the HR system and procedure related with the rotating staff mobilization .
To be successful in the position you will need to be :
• Degree qualified in Law, Psychology, Business Administration or any relevant social sciences.
• A minimum 5 years experience as HRD Manager with a reputable Multinational Company.
• Good knowledge on the labor Act and Industrial Relations.
• Dynamic personality and able to adapt to rapid changes in the work environment
• High proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia language
Product Sales Manager
We require Product Sales Manager to help us service our current customers in fulfilling their medical supplies requirements in timely manner
and quality delivery.
Key Qualifications:
• Good understanding of International SOS product offering and how best to apply products in respect of solutions required by clients
• Build, maintain and execute account management plan targeted at ensuring sales of commodity products/services to current customers.
• Solve client service delivery issues and maximize customer satisfaction
• Handle customer inquiries and phone calls, and direct appropriate actions.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients that are consistent with company pricing and guidelines
