Skill Rationalisation Project focuses on engineering design capability
building of our engineers group-wide. Our project is looking for suitable
candidates for Technical Coaches (focusing on Engineering). If you have any

The Coaches need to have more than 10 years experience in Engineering Design
in projects/tasks (oil & gas); and have not lost touch with hands-on
Engineering Design more than 5 years. Preferably has Ir. or equivalent
accreditation, and have all the necessary Coaches' Attributes (good at
imparting knowledge, good English, right attitude & passion, and have the
necessary people skills). It is a Direct Hire offer of 2+X years, under R&T
Division (the first year at least to be part of Skill Rationalisation
Project).



The Scope of Work as follows;

- Provide *Engineering Design Coaching and Guidance* for the assigned
engineers or groups of engineers, in their engineering tasks (on-job work,
verification checks, and/or design simulation) as part of the accelerated
capability development in engineering design in PETRONAS.
- Perform *Periodic Technical Assessment* of engineers' design
capabilities based on the specified capability criteria.
- Participate in the *Standardization of Engineering Design Practices* in
PETRONAS, including but not limited to:
- engineering design references and manuals
- engineering design tools and equipment
- engineering design related programs, activities and processes
- Provide *Advisory Roles* in engineering design matters.
- Execute other specific tasks related to engineering design coaching and
technical capability building in PETRONAS, as and when required.
- Fulfill all contractual duties and agreed scope and responsibilities
(for Technical Coaches).
