- Will be based in Central Java / East Java
Requirements:
- Male/Female
- Bachelor degree in Agriculture or related education. Seed technology and agronomic background are most preferred
- Good leadership, result orientation, communication skill, team work, good networking, initiative and foresight skill
- Good proficiency in spoken and written in English
- Good proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- 1 – 2 years related field experience
- Possesses technical capabilities on experimental / research design and strong analytical skill
- Statistic knowledge
3. Plant Technician (Code: PTM)
Responsibilities:
- Manufacturing operation and conduct improvement in managing the driers seed conditioning and plant maintenance
- Will be based in Central Java / East Java
Requirements:
- Male/Female
- Graduate/post graduate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Good leadership, result orientation, communication skill, team work, good networking, initiative and foresight skill
- Good proficiency in spoken and written in English
- Good proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- 2 – 3 years related field experience
- Possesses technical capabilities on experimental / research design and strong analytical skill
4. Production Engineering (Code: PEM)
Responsibilities:
- Leading the production and maintenance / Engineering teams to achieve the output of product required to service the customer needs in safety and efficient manner and meet the quality standards
Requirements:
- Male/Female
- Graduate/post graduate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

- Identify suitable corn hybrids for different growing conditions based on market definition at stage 3 level
- Agronomic data collection to support registration of those suitable hybrids with government
Requirements:
- Male/Female
- Graduate/post graduate in Agriculture from reputable university
- Good leadership, result orientation, communication skill, team work, good networking, initiative and foresight skill
- Good proficiency in spoken and written in English
- Good proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- 3 – 5 years related field experience
- Possesses technical capabilities on experimental / research design and strong analytical skill
- Statistic knowledge
6. IT Supervisor (Code: ITSM)
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage staff and overall operations to ensure stable operation of the IT infrastructure
- Develop, maintain, support and optimize key functional areas, network and server infrastructure, data communications, and telecommunication systems
- Schedule and direct activities to resolve hardware and software problems in a timely and accurate fashion
Requirements:
- Male/Female
- Graduate/post graduate in Information Technology or Electrical Engineering
- Knowledge in Cisco, MS Windows Server 2000/2003/Vista
- Having international certifications (MCSE, CCNA etc)
