Position: Workshop Manager

Reporting To: Manager Plant
Qualification: Graduate Engineer – Mechanical/ Automobile
Experience: 15-18 years
Responsibilities: Minimum 5 years of independently handling construction equipment workshop in a large construction company.
Other requirements: Must be computer literate. Candidates having exposure to ISO and Health and safety concepts would be given preference.
 

Position: Engineer Plant

Reporting To: Workshop Manager
Qualification: BE- Mechanical / Diploma- Automobile
Experience: BE -10-12 years Dip- 12-16 yrs
Responsibilities: Should have experience in handling artisans working in construction / heavy equipment workshop in a large construction company.
 
Position: Supervisor Plant
Reporting To: Workshop Manager
Qualification: Diploma Automobile (3Yrs)
Experience: 5-10 years
Responsibilities: Independently handling of repair and maintenance of construction and heavy equipments at construction sites of a large construction company.
 

Position: Store keeper

Qualification: Minimum Graduate
Experience: 10-12 years
Responsibilities: Independently handling of spare parts, tyres, batteries, lubricants of construction equipments. Capable of handling and maintaining computerized inventories. Fully conversant with store procedures and capable of generating  reports / MIS.
 

Position: Commercial Manager

Reporting To: GM – Plant
Qualification: Graduate preferably with MBA
Experience:
Must have following capabilities and competencies
To facilitate budget preparation
To generate reports, MIS and variance analysis.
To coordinate with IT, HR, Accounts and other departments to collect required data and information.
Capable of converting above data into comparative analysis and reports to facilitate decision making
Strong in follow up and managing targets
Must  have excellent computer skills.
 
Position: Procurement Manager
Reporting To: GM – Plant
Qualification: Graduate
Experience 15-18 years
Responsibilities:
Fully conversant with procurement of spare parts, tyres, batteries and lubricants of construction equipments like cranes, shovels, excavators and LV/HV.
Must be computer literate
Capable of preparing all the reports regarding procurement
Capable of managing timely deliveries of committed items at optimum cost.

Position: Commercial Executive

Reporting To: GM – Plant
Qualification: Graduate preferably with MBA
Experience:
Must have following capabilities and competencies
To facilitate budget preparation
To generate reports, MIS and variance analysis.
To coordinate with IT, HR, Accounts and other departments to collect required data and information.
Capable of converting above data into comparative analysis and reports to facilitate decision making
Strong in follow up and managing targets
Must  have excellent computer skills.
 

Commercial Executive (Plant)
Graduate in the age group of 30 to 35 years with 5 to 10 years of experience in Commercial aspects of Deployment / Maintenance of construction related equipment. MBA desirable. Should be Computer literate and fully conversant with ISO procedures.  Exposure to Spare Parts and related accessories of Construction equipment in any construction company preferably in Oil & Gas sector with strong vendor development and negotiation skills are essential.
