- HR Assistant Manager ("HRAM")
THE ROLE :
Reporting to the HRD&GA Manager, the job holder will provide services in ensuring achievement of target in human resources functions : recruitment and selection, training and development, performance appraisal, compensation benefit, industrial relation, and human resources information system
THE JOB:
· Interface with Recruitment and Training Officer in all recruitment and training matters including but not limited to recruitment and training policy, procedures and activities.
· Assisting HR Manager to develop and implement HR policies and procedures, performance management system, compensation management,
· Assist HR Manager to conduct day-to-day HR functions.
· To develop and maintain a harmonious industrial relation.
· To review and improve current HR policies and procedures.
· To implement HRIS and review for improvement.
THE QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor degree (S1) in psychology, management, law and social science.
· 5-7 years experience in HR Management : recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, compensation benefit, industrial relation, and HRIS.
· Age between 30 to 35 years old.
· A strong knowledge of the Indonesian labor laws and human resources best practices.
· Fluency in spoken and written English is a must
· Computer literacy: Word, Excel, Microsoft Access and have administration skills.
· A team player who is also able to work independently, good interpersonal skill, and target oriented.
- FINANCE & ACCOUNTING STAFF (FS)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
a.. Handle Accounts payable & receivable, collection and Bank Reconciliation
b.. Manage petty cash, record management / keeping & filing
c.. Maintain general ledger, Invoicing, Inventory
d.. Maintain & control Prepaid Revenue, Collection and Inventory activity by daily basis
e.. Preparing monthly Accounting & Financial report
QUALIFICATIONS:
a.. Male/ Female and not older than 30 years old
b.. Min. Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
c.. Min. 1 years of relevant experience in finance & accounting function
d.. Having Brevet A & B certification will be advantage
e.. Has in-depth knowledge of analyzing accounts receivable aging schedule, monitor its collection period, perform accounts receivable confirmation to customer as well as reconcile it to the general ledgers
f.. Good understanding of accounting concept & principles
g.. Comprehensive knowledge of taxation, account, cash flow planning, balance sheet, general ledger, P/L, budgeting, reconcile bank, stock opname, strong analysis.
· Fluency in spoken and written English is a must
· Able to operate Computer MS Office skills in Word and Excel
· Proficient in financial report, cost accounting and tax matters
a.. Hard worker, honest, discipline, can work under pressure, in team or independently
b.. Propotional attention to details and good memory for numbers
