Staff HR & Legal (HRL)

- Wanita/Pria, S1 Hukum, usia max. 30 tahun,

- Pengalaman min 2 (dua) tahun pada posisi yang sama,

- Menguasai hukum perdata, hukum perburuhan, hukum perusahaan, dan hukum pertanahan,

- Mampu membuat perjanjian kerja dan perjanjian pada umumnya dengan baik,

- Berpengalaman dalam sistem penggajian,

- Mampu mengoperasikan komputer dengan baik,

- Komunikatif dan memiliki kemampuan analisis yang baik,

- Mampu bekerja baik secara individu maupun tim,

- Pekerja keras, jujur, loyalitas, tanggung jawab,

- Diutamakan yang bertempat tinggal di daerah Bintaro atau Jakarta Selatan.

BUILDING MANAGER (BM)

- Pria, S1 Teknik Mesin / Elektro / Sipil / Arsitek, usia max. 35 tahun,

- Mampu mengoperasikan komputer dengan baik,

- Pengalaman min. 2 (dua) tahun di bidang yang sama, bidang perawatan/pengelolaan gedung perkantoran,

- Memahami Building Management & mampu berkomunikasi yang baik dengan tenant.

- Memiliki kemampuan analisis yang baik,

- Mampu bekerja baik secara individu maupun tim,

- Pekerja keras, jujur, loyalitas, tanggung jawab,
