Our client, a manufacturing company which located in Batam and several regions of the world, looking for FINANCE MANAGER ( FM ). Duties and Responsibilities - Providing guidance and leadership to the existing finance team - Interface with the regional head office (who are all English speakers) - Develop a detailed understanding of the local business in Batam - Be able to explain the financial results in terms of operational performance of the business, investigating any unexpected fluctuations - Be the local "super-user" for the new standard costing system - Become a sounding board for the local general manager – challenging his ideas and providing finance support at a local level while keeping regional head office informed of any local initiatives - Deal with all local financial issues, keeping the regional head office fully informed of any developments - Ensure the monthly management accounts are produced on a timely basis, and are complete and accurate - Deal with all local statutory compliance and tax compliance issues, with support from the regional and group head office teams as appropriate - Help prepare and maintain the site budget, explaining actual to budget variances to the Regional Finance Director and the group FP&A team in Requirements - 6 years experience in manufacturing industries - Experience in standard costing environment - Substantial experience of working with senior non-finance management - Knowledge of core principles of IFRS - Familiar with BPCS ERP System - Knowledge of local Indonesian statutory and tax legislation - Advanced proficiency in English To apply, please send your resume by email to rismaida@tunaskaryaindoswasta.com Only shortlisted candidates will be notified We only accepts in WORD format, maximum 500 KB |
