that strategy. The Phase 1 gas development came on stream in April, 2007
and the Phase 2 oil development is underway. We are now looking for a
range of experienced professionals to contribute in making Ujung Pangkah

TEMPORARY ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT

(Jakarta Office)

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provide administrative direct support to respective
departments to ensure the smooth administration process and procedures

* Provide administrative support which includes: maintain files
and records, document control support, photo copying, faxing, computer
work including typing, preparing reports
* Organize events includes training, travel and visits
* Prepare and manage all administration works in the department,
such as database, correspondence, reporting, translating and filing
system.
* Ensure that filing system is up-to-date, logical and documents
can be retrieved quickly and easily
* Ensure the confidentiality of the company's documentation

2. Manage respective people and organization

* Ensure the implementation of teamwork and cooperation and flow
of communication and information within and inter department.

3. Manage EHS function in the respective department

* Ensure that the work location is in a safe and environmentally
friendly manner in line with Hess standards and targets

* Demonstrate appropriate safety behaviours and commitment to
environmental policies

REQUIREMENTS

* Diploma 3 graduate in with minimum five years working
experience in multinational environment

* Good administration and computer skills (Word, Excel, Power
Point, Internet) ability

* Fluent in written & spoken English

* Ability to work overtime in peak cycles as required

* Team playera
