Untuk sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pengelolaan gedung dan jasa lainnya, di Bintaro.

BUILDING MANAGER (BM)

- Pria, usia max. 35 tahun,

- Menguasai Ms Office,

- S1 T. Mesin/Elektro/Listrik,

- Pengalaman min. 2 tahun di bidang yang sama, bidang perawatan/pengelolaan gedung perkantoran,

- Memahami Building Management & mampu berkomunikasi baik dengan tenant.

TEKNISI ( TEK )

- Pria, usia max. 30 tahun,

- STM/D1/D3 Teknik Mesin/Elektro/Listrik,

- Mengerti sistem kelistrikan,

- Mengerti sistem kerja AC, STP dan Genset,

- Mampu mengoperasikan komputer ( MS. Office ),

- Bersedia kerja shift,

- Pengalaman min. 3 tahun di bidang yang sama, bidang perawatan/pengelolaan gedung, perkantoran.

Main Responsibility:

Identify and develop customer relationships and perform an accomplished

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in any major

· Min 2 year experience in industrial sales, international sales and transportation or related fields,

· Strong planning, organizing, negotiation and presentation skills

· Good interpersonal and communication skills

· English fluency

· Computer literate

· Independent

· Have own car is a must

IT Officer

Requirements

Fresh Graduate Degree in IT/Computer Science and Computer Engineering

Knowledge and experience in Windows server operating systems, network configuration, administration and troubleshooting knowledge and experience

Technical knowledge of printer hardware/software technology

Willingness to work overtime and under preasure and must have the ability to work flexibly and on own initiative

Supports the integration of tools & process into solutions and understand deployment of the service including providing training
