We are Executive Search Company, Currently Our Client are a leading private producers of Crude Palm Oil (CPO) and Palm Kernel (PK) in Indonesia and one of the seven approved oil palm seed producers in Indonesia. Our primary business activities are in cultivating oil palm trees and processing the harvested fresh fruit bunches into CPO and PK; and developing and processing germinated oil palm seeds.
At present, our client plantation locations are in South Sumatra and Central Kalimantan with planted area approximately 74,000 hectares (including nucleus, plasma, and partnership scheme), milling capacity of 350 tones Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) per hour, and seeds producing capacity of over 15 million seeds per year. Supported by extensive experience management team, we continue to expand our plantations and strengthen our presence in oil palm industry. It is our commitment to build a long-standing relationship with customers, to support local community for better living, and to be friendly with environments.
Currently looking for GM Finance & Accounting
GM Finance & Accounting:
Manage overall finance, accounting, and tax related activities
Prepare consolidated financial statements and management report for the region
Prepare the guidelines for finance & accounting and its reporting systems
Review daily finance transactions, monthly operation reports, regulatory reports, budget, and cash flow forecast for the region
Act as a coordinator for yearly budget preparation, compile and summarize yearly budget for the region
Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions
Accounting Manager:
Manage accounting and tax reporting activities
Prepare financial statements, management report, annual tax return for a subsidiary
Review daily finance transactions, regulatory reports, budget, and cash flow forecast for a subsidiary
Coordinate accounting recording and reporting activities with estate and mill
Compile and summarize yearly budget for a subsidiary
Liaise with external auditors
Qualification (according to ISO documentation):
30 – 40 years of age
Minimum degree of S1 with major of accountancy
5 years experiences in handling finance, accounting, and tax related issues
4. Preferably to have experience in palm oil business
5. Good English writing for the GM Finance & Accounting
