Our client- a Business Group in India has recently acquired mining right
in Indonesia for Manganese Mining at Flores (NTT) over an area of 50 sq.
km and hence urgently need competent mining and other professionals.
1. Mining Foreman (No.6) Location : Flores, Indonesia
Age: 28- 35
Qualification: Diploma with Mining Foreman Certificate from DGMS
Experience: 5- 10 years of hands on experience in mining, preferably
with few years working experience in Manganese Mining job.
Job responsibility :
Would be in charge of complete mining activity including heavy machinery
operation, production, mine safety and supervision of Labour.
Desired Profile:
Experience in Manganese Mines
Terms and Conditions:
Initial Contract: 1 year and subject renewable by mutual agreement.
Package Offered : USD 12,000 – 15,000 per year , depending on
competence and caliber of candidate.
Other Facilities:
Free accommodation
Free Food, local transport, Health Insurance, conveyance.
1 roundtrip ticket in a year to home country from place of work and
return.
2. Geologist (No.2) Location : Flores, Indonesia
Age: 35- 40
Qualification: B.Sc. / M. Sc. ( Geology ) or equivalent
Experience: 10 -12 years of proven experience in mining geologist,
preferably with few years working experience in Manganese Mining job.
Job responsibility :
Capable of detailed geological survey of current and prospective mining
areas for Manganese Mining job.
Note:
Retired VRS Geologists from MOIL/ GSI/IBM will be considered.
Terms and Conditions:
Initial Contract: 1 year and subject renewable by mutual agreement.
Package Offered : USD 24,000 – 30,000 per year, depending on
competence and caliber of candidate.
Other Facilities:
Free accommodation
Free Food, local transport, Health Insurance, conveyance.
1 roundtrip ticket in a year to home country from place of work and
return.
3. Asst. Mines Manager (No.4) Location : Flores, Indonesia
Age: 35- 40
Qualification: Degree/ Diploma in Mining with IInd Class Mines Manager
Certificate from DGMS.
Experience: 10 -12 years of hands on experience in mining, preferably
with few years working experience in Manganese Mining job.
Job responsibility :
Would be in charge of complete mining activity including heavy machinery
operations, production, mine safety etc.
Note:
Retired Mining Engineers from MOIL/ GSI/IBM will be considered.

with few years working experience in Manganese Mining job.
Job responsibility :
• Overall in- charge of complete mining activity including
heavy mining machinery operations, production, mine safety and
administration.
• Liasoning with local authorities.
• Would report to Director.
Note :
Retired Mining Engineers from MOIL/ GSI/IBM will be considered.
Terms and Conditions:
Initial Contract: 1 year and subject renewable by mutual agreement.
Package Offered : USD 36,000 – 48,000 per year, depending on
competence and caliber of candidate.
Other Facilities:
Free accommodation
Free Food, local transport, Health Insurance, conveyance.
