Job Description :
Prepare, plan, and evaluate all maintenance activities to be carried out by the maintenance technicians (preventive & predictive maintenance, demand maintenance (DM), tur around (TA), shut down, COD/small projects and planning of spare parts) within the maintenance plan and corporate requirements and guidelines, in order to ensure that these can be executed efficiently within agreed timelines and according the applicable quality, SHE, and procedures.
Required level of experiences
At least 5-10 years experience in manufacturing of petro-chemicals plant. A substantial portion of the experience in line management, people management, operations and plant maintenance.
Complexity of the job
• Working with third parties, needed a good ways and effective communication
• Understanding the production process and the various discpline/types of jobs
• Mastery of the english languange and appropriate technology with continues grow rapidly
• Limited of man power, working facilities adn work places in a remote area, making it difficult in mobilization and completion for the urgent work.

capable of producing at a rate of 250,000oz gold and 3M oz silver per

Martabe with a resource base of 6.5Moz gold and 66Moz silver will form
the core starter asset around which a globally competitive,
Asia-Pacific focused gold company will be built. G-Resources seek to
rapidly grow production to more than one million ounces of gold

This position will be based at Martabe and reports directly to the

The main accountabilities of the role are to provide a range of

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following
